Marvell to Buy Inphi in $10 Billion Chip Deal to Bolster Data Centre 5G Business
Chip supplier Marvell said it has agreed to buy peer Inphi in a $10 billion (roughly Rs. 74,600 crores) cash-and-stock deal aimed at broadening Marvell’s footprint in data centres and 5G network infrastructure.
