Digital Colony Backs Vantage Data Centers In $125 Billion Funding
Private equity investor Digital Colony, which has offices in Los Angeles, is the lead investor in a $1.25 billion funding for data center operator Vantage Data Centers, the two said this morning. Vantage Data Cetner said the equity capital funding will go towards ongoing expansion and development across North America and Europe. The company develops what it calls “hyperscale” data center campuses.
Digital Colony is headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida, and has offices in New York, Los Angeles, London and Singapore; the company has $4.1 billion in commitments to its digital infrastructure investment fund.
